Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Departamentos_MTOP/depto/deptocod+partial/1+index/.depto/%5Bdeptocod+%5Dmaxover/dods')
