Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/SOURCES/.MGAP/.CPT/.InputObs/%5BX+T2+%5Daverage/%5BT+%5Drmsaover/%5BY+L+%5Dminover/dods')
