Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/SOURCES/.MGAP/.CPT/.InputObs/%5BX/Y/T2%5D0.0/maxover/%5BL%5Ddifferences/L+partial/T+differences/dods')
