Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/SOURCES/.MGAP/.IPA/.CARGA_SEGURA/.carga/Zona+partial/Zona+exch/dods')
