Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/SOURCES/.WORLDCLIM/.bio5/%5BX%5D0.0/maxover/%5BY%5Ddifferences/Y+exch/dods')
