Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/SOURCES/.WORLDCLIM/URUGUAY+.bio7/1+index/.bio1/%5BX+%5Dmaxover/%5BY+%5Daverage/dods')
