Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/SOURCES/.NASA/.FIRMS/Confianza/cptv10/1+index/.Confianza/X+differences/2+index/dods')
