Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/doc/SOURCES/.INUMET/.Estaciones/.Diaria_MetaDatos/Nombre+%28Bernabe%20Rivera%29+VALUE/label/dods')
