Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://dlibrary.snia.gub.uy/doc/SOURCES/.MGAP/.IPA/.PPNA/promedio/T+differences/Region+differences/yearly-anomalies/dods')
